Welcome to Dapperi! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dapperi mobile application (the "App") operated by Dapperi Tecnologia Ltda. ("Dapperi," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dapperi. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into and agree with these Terms.

2.1 Account Creation
To use Dapperi, you must create an account using:
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and exclusively liable for any and all activities or misconducts that might occur under your account.
2.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times during the use of the App.
2.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems. See our Privacy Policy for additional details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the App or other users.
3. Beta Testing Program
3.1 Beta Status
Important: Dapperi is currently in beta testing. The App and its underlying services are and will be momentarily provided "as is" and they might contain bugs, errors, or even incomplete features. We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or functionality during the beta period.
3.2 Feedback
Important: By participating in the beta program, you agree that any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Dapperi without compensation or attribution to improve the App.
3.3 No Guarantee of Continued Access
Important: Beta access may be modified, suspended, or even terminated at any time, in our sole discretion, without the need for any previous or future notice. Features available during the beta testing period may or may not change or be removed in future updates and new versions.
4. Description of Service
Dapperi is a digital wardrobe management application that:
4.1 AI-Generated Content
Outfit recommendations and avatar images are generated using artificial intelligence. These are merely suggestions and may not always meet your expectations or preferences. We are not responsible, nor can be held liable, for the AI generated avatar's, outfits', or any other AI-related outputs' accuracy, quality, or precision. You are solely responsible for your clothing choices, and by consenting with the creation of your virtual avatar with AI, you acknowledge and understand it might be prone to error or hallucination.
4.2 Third-Party Integrations
The App integrates with third-party services, inclusive of, but not limited to, Google Cloud and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third parties' terms of service and privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them fully and carefully.
5. User Content
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Dapperi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services to you.
5.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload content that:
By using the App, you acknowledge and understand that failure to comply with the provision above may lead to suspension, blocking, or deletion of your account, in our sole discretion, and you shall not hold any right to indemnity or compensation of any kind.
5.3 No Content Sharing
User Content is private to your account. We do not share your photos or wardrobe data with other users or third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
6.1 Current Status (Beta Testing)
During the beta testing period, Dapperi is provided free of charge to a limited amount of users.

We will provide advance notice of any transition from free to paid services to any and all users at the time. You will have the opportunity to review and accept new terms before being charged for any subscription.
6.4 Subscription Management
If subscriptions are implemented, you will be able to manage and cancel your subscription through the App or your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). All subscription tiers will have a 7-day full-reimbursement policy ("right to regret"), as well as the right to cancel the services free of charge at any point in time, according to applicable Consumers laws and regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The App, including its design, features, functionality, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Dapperi Tecnologia Ltda. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
13.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms to any and all third parties without our prior and written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
